Terms of Service

Effective 27 September 2026. These terms are a contract between you and InfiniHash LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("InfiniHash", "we"), for the use of BankChangeProof (the "Service").

1. The Service

BankChangeProof lets you keep a vendor registry, log requests to change a vendor's bank details, record the callback, approval, hold and release steps your team takes, keep a tamper-evident history of those actions and produce documents that describe them. The Service records what you and your team do in the application. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or audit advice, and it does not determine whether you comply with any law, standard or contract. You are responsible for deciding what to record and for how you use the output.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including that of teammates you invite. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to store or share content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or contains malware; to attempt to access other accounts; to interfere with the Service's operation; or to circumvent limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the files and text you upload. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, display and transmit that content to operate the Service, including to people you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through the InfiniHash App Store and processed by Stripe. Prices and limits are listed on the pricing page; we may change them with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions. You may cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the Free plan. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.

7. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. We keep nightly backups for 14 days. On request from the account owner we delete the account and its data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfiniHash's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and InfiniHash is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the application at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
